Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Managing attendance on a regular basis.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
  • Managing employee separation processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks.
